TANVI PATEL, LPC-S
You have been carrying an emotional weight with you for far too long. You're ready to set it down, and I can help you do that.
I have been inspired my whole life by people surviving, overcoming and processing emotional pain.
Sometimes this pain is either ignored or pushed into little boxes for you to survive your life and your trauma.
I focus on helping you access and process all of this safely.
We dig out that pain and heal it together. We use the security of our relationship to work out everything you are hoping to change about yourself.
I specialize in working with adults, particularly women, who struggle with feelings of shame and unworthiness; are stuck in cycles of co-dependence; and are often adult survivors of childhood trauma.
My belief in therapy and EMDR is steadfast, and my hope and passion is to help you heal trauma to lead a happier, healthier life as a more balanced, assertive and peaceful person.
